Mastercard, vcita and the CCI Ile de France launch the “Levelup21” challenge: 21 days to help small businesses acquire digital best practices
Mastercard joins forces with vcita and the Ile de France Chamber of Commerce and Industry, for the launch of the “ Level Up 21 ” professional challenge 3 weeks, of a 100% free and personalized course to allow entrepreneurs to familiarize themselves with the best digital practices and “take it to the next level”.
With this educational challenge, Mastercard supports entrepreneurs in the digitalization of their activity, an essential vector of their development.
Digitalization of VSEs in France: the limited impact of the health crisis. Small and medium-sized businesses face many challenges in managing their day-to-day business. And digitizing their processes and businesses is an essential growth lever in optimizing their business.
An IFOP study for Mastercard revealed at the start of the year that the health crisis had been an accelerator for 18% of French very small businesses. But for many there are still many brakes to be lifted. 51% of VSE leaders consider that these projects are not necessary. And 67% see this digitization as “a necessary step”, a “constraint” rather than as an opportunity. Education and training for VSE managers are therefore a major issue here.
The “ Level Up 21 ” challenge is part of this awareness and educational objective.
