We’re looking for a creative, out of the box thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit, to join the vcita partner's team as Product Marketing Manager.

Full Description

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible to build and to drive the global partner enablement program. The program should impart the vcita’s brand, values, skills and capabilities to our strategic partners, aligns our partners with our business’s overall strategy and empowers them to increase their market share.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our global partners to create a go-to-market plan
  • Translate product functionality and technical details into marketing materials and user benefits
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and our Partner community, to share best practices, improve internal capabilities, identify new business needs and effectively leverage all our available resources to drive partner success.
  • Build and maintain a partner's 'Toolbox’ to reduce partner friction, leverage global programs and initiatives, and customize as needed to meet regional objectives.
  • Train our partners employees on new product messaging, competitive comparison and sales enablement tools.
  • Work closely with partners and partners success to identify needs, and sharpen product differentiation based on feedback from customers, sales, and competitive offerings.
  • Make sure vcita products will be on top of partner's mind, facilitate and increase usage as well as retain partner end-users through welcome kits, training, how-to guides, video tutorials, product release announcements, blogs, webinars, partner hub, and success stories.
  • Act as an internal consultant to the Product team and be the voice of the partners within vcita


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in B2B Product Marketing position in a technological company
  • Experienced planning and executing marketing initiatives for Enterprises and SMEs.
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, including dealing effectively with issues that do not always have a process, system, or solution in place
  • Strong teamwork AND leadership skills
  • Proactive, self-starter and results-oriented with a can-do spirit
  • Outstanding presentation, verbal and written English communication skills
