Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our finance department as a Controller.

As a Controller, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and other departments, to gather financial data, resolve issues, and provide financial insights and support.

• Preparing consolidated monthly reports (Cash, revenues, cash analysis, dashboard).
• Preparing monthly payroll data.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes including forecasts and identify trends and patterns in financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Preparing consolidated quarterly financial statements.
• Tax reporting (to IL and US authorities).
• Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits. Prepare necessary documentation, respond to inquiries, and assist in the resolution of audit findings.
• Perform regular reviews and analyses to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

• CPA, Relevant experience in hi-tech companies (including an internship in one of the big 4 accounting firms) – Must.
• Technical knowledge of US GAAP, with a deep understanding of Revenue Recognition Standard – Must.
• Proficiency in English – Must.
• 2-3 years Experience working with US companies – Must
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (+pivot), Google tools
• Experience with SAP, NetSuite, or other major financial systems is desirable. 
• Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to think strategically, proactively and broadly.
• Disciplined to work independently and self-driven.
• Ability to work as part of a team and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
