We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader, with hands-on approach to build, grow and scale our Global Sales Development team. The SDR team is a key part of the overall sales strategy at WiseStamp, responsible for creating opportunities and increasing pipeline for the Account Executive team.

About the Team

We are growing our global sales operation! To match the demand for WiseStamp, we are seeking individuals that match our current team atmosphere. Finding a WiseStamp solution for the different sizes of businesses we serve keeps the team on their toes. Our most successful reps are always curious about the client and the product’s capabilities. They find creative use-cases and are well versed in the inner workings of cloud-based technology. The team quickly puts themselves in the client’s shoes and helps them through their journey to complete their overall goal. Identifying what type of a client you’re facing will help you to understand their agenda better and faster. While your personal success is up to you, we have a strong team-based culture and working well within a team and accepting their feedback is imperative to an individual’s long-term success at WiseStamp.


  • Build, manage and optimize the performance of the SDR team with live coaching and mentoring, key activity measurement, and conversion / pipeline creation analysis.
  • Own the entire inbound and outbound leads process, and recommend appropriate improvements for better efficiency and productivity of the team and systems.  
  • Grow the team of Sales Development Representatives by hiring and retaining strong performers.
  • Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work.
  • Work closely with Marketing and the Sales leaders to ensure messaging and processes are aligned to get the most out of the demand funnel.
  • Summarize, collect, and analyze lead generation trends and data for regular performance reports.
  • Take active part in the team’s activity in the beginning. Lead by example.
  • Build and optimize inbound and outbound prospecting playbooks and scripts.
  • Challenge and reward team members through creative incentives.


  • +2 years experience as an SDR in a B2B environment, preferably  with a SaaS product.  
  • +1 years experience in B2B Enterprise SDR management or other sales management positions.
  • Cold calling experience ( both new prospects and current customers).
  • Proven, consistent track record of overachieving SDR quarterly goals.
  • A passion for coaching and developing world class talent.
  • A proven leader who can help develop our rapidly growing team of highly motivated SDRs.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
  • High level of Data orientation- constant drive for optimization of processes and outputs. Demonstrates a solid understanding of Sales methodology and lead generation strategies.
  • Impeccable customer skills: communication, empathy, integrity.
  • Experience running reports and managing activity/KPIs.
  • Working knowledge of sales CRM tools like Salesloft, Pipedrive, LinkedIn sales navigator.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability.
  • Extra credit: Experience in a B2B software company in an inside sales capacity.
