Senior Account Executive, inTandem

Location: St. Petersburg, Florida (This is a hybrid role 3/week in office)

The role

We are hiring a Senior Account Executive for inTandem, vcita's white-label business management platform. You will own the full mid-market sales cycle, the process behind it, and the portfolio of partners you bring in. This is a hands-on role for a closer who also wants to shape how we sell.

This role is built for a builder. inTandem is a fast-growing product line, and the person in this seat will have an immediate, visible impact: the deals you close, the process you help design, and the partners you sign will directly shape where the business goes next. If you want to build something rather than inherit it, this is that opportunity.

About vcita and inTandem

vcita is a compact, quick-smart app that keeps you fully connected to your business, whenever and wherever you are working from. With vcita, you can track and perform all your daily tasks, from the "first hello"​ to the last invoice: Charge and collect payments, invite clients to book you online, create branded invoices and quotes, and send SMS appointment reminders - all in a few simple clicks, from one single app. 

vcita includes an online CRM to manage all client communications, online scheduling, online payments, email & SMS campaigns, lead-generating website widgets, and everything a small business needs to drive more business and provide excellent client service.

inTandem is our white-label version: partners put their own brand on a full platform (CRM, scheduling, payments, and AI lead capture) and offer it to the SMB clients they already serve.

Our core buyers are mid-market marketing agencies and other partners with large SMB books. For them, inTandem is a new recurring revenue line and a stickier client relationship, without building software themselves.

Our teams are based in St. Petersburg, Florida,  Bellevue, Washington, and Tel Aviv, Israel.

What you'll do

Own the sales cycle

• Run every mid-market deal end to end: prospecting, discovery, demo, business case, negotiation, and close.
• Sell a partner model, not a seat count: help agency owners see how a white-label platform becomes recurring revenue for them.
• Work with multi-stakeholder deals such as founders, agency principals, ops leads, and finance.

Own the process

• Build and refine the inTandem sales playbook: qualification criteria, discovery frameworks, demo flow, objection handling, and pricing guidance.
• Keep CRM and forecasting clean and accurate, and report pipeline health to leadership weekly.
• Partner with marketing on lead quality and with product on what the market is asking for.

Own the portfolio

• Generate a meaningful share of your own pipeline through outbound, events, and referrals.
• Manage the mid-market book you build, ensuring a clean handoff to onboarding and customer success.
• Spot expansion within existing partners: more seats, more SMB clients activated, higher-tier plans.

Represent inTandem

• Attend industry conferences and agency events, in Tampa and beyond, to recruit new partners.
• Be the voice of the customer internally and help shape positioning as the offering grows.

What you bring

• Passionate about sales: 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years as a quota-carrying AE closing mid-market deals.
• Driven: A track record of hitting or beating quota, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Bias towards closing: Full-cycle ownership: you have sourced, run, and closed your own deals, not just worked inbound handoffs.
• Comfort selling a business model: you can talk margins, recurring revenue, and ROI with business owners.
• Creative: Strong discovery and consultative selling skills, and the discipline to keep a CRM and forecast honest.
• Tech-Savvy: You understand how SaaS technology works and have basic technical skills. Extra credit for strong familiarity with HubSpot.
• Coachable: You crave to be the best at what you do and always look to improve your skills.
• Location: Based in the Tampa Bay area, or willing to relocate, and able to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office) from our local base and travel to events. 

Nice to have

• Background selling to marketing agencies, MSPs, or other businesses that serve SMBs.
• Experience selling white-label, reseller, or partner/channel programs.
• Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, payments, or marketing automation software for small businesses.
• Experience at a startup or growth-stage company where you helped define the playbook.
• An existing network in the agency or SMB software space.
