Description

Manage the Customer Group of the company, in charge of all customer engagement. Group includes the following teams: SMB sales, customer success and support, channels sales and channels success. Be the voice of the customer. Own trial conversion, adoption, retention and upsell. Part of company’s senior management, reporting to CEO. 



Responsibilities

  • Define KPIs, Manage, direct and provide leadership to the following teams: 

Inbound, phone, SMB-focused sales teams in Tel Aviv and Bellevue, WA.  

SMB-focused support and success teams in Tel Aviv, Bellevue, WA and the Philippines in-charge of onboarding, adoption and retention of SMB customers.  

Partners’ channel sales and channel success teams in Tel Aviv. 

Retention-marketing team in Tel Aviv in-charge of promoting adoption, retention and upsell.

  • Work with CMO and marketing group on building GTM strategy, acquisition channels and effective acquisition funnels for SMB customers and channel partners.
  • Be the voice of our SMB customer in vcita’s senior management team and promote customer-focused culture in the entire company. Assure superb end-to-end customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 15 years of relevant work experience (i.e. in sales, customer support and/or success). 10 years of management experience, preferably in SaaS companies in the SMBs market.
  • C-Level experience, ability to build and execute high level strategy across teams.
  • Strong leadership skills w/ record of leading multi-disciplinary groups.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills. Proven ability of working with all level of management.
