Our growing Partners team is looking for A Senior Partner Success Manager to join us as we help partners working with SMBs to digitize and automate their business around four key areas: Time, Money, Client & Marketing.

We are looking for an experienced Partners success Manager to work with our strategic partners, large enterprises that are selling the vcita solution globally to SMBs. As a Partner Success Manager, you will deliver on our strategy to build mind share and adoption of the vcita platform within our existing strategic partners. 


  • Act as primary point of contact throughout partner lifecycle and being the Partner Advocate by being "the voice of the partner" to other internal teams - promoting a partner-first environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partners
  • Onboard new partners, including full enablement program: Marketing, Success, Support
  • Track and report on partner health
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing partners and work with teammates to achieve growth goals
  • Collaborate across functions with product, engineering, and marketing teams to provide partner feedback and integrate processes, content, and data to aid partner success
  • Identify areas where additional learning and reinforcement are required to improve partner performance
  • Project manage partner initiatives – both internally and externally
  • Maintain expertise on industry trends/practices and competitive landscape
  • Identify partners success stories, case studies and partner references


  • At least 4 years of successful track record leading strategic partnerships or large enterprise customers in SaaS organization
  • At least 2 years of direct sales experience in a complex technology solution-selling B2B2C preferably in the SaaS space
  • Strong relationship skills, supported by strategic consulting thinking and technical curiosity
  • Strength in project management a strength and have experience leveraging internal resources and stakeholders to execute against deadlines within a complex organization
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and explain a technical product or concept in a simple way
  • Proven experience in successfully coordinating internally across many different teams
  • Strong verbal and executive presentation skills
