Develop and lead business development goals and strategy for vcita. Initiate and support partnerships that support vcita’s long term goals. Lead the commercial aspect of vcita’s SME app marketplace. Report to the CEO.
Responsibilities
Initiate and support partnership may focus around product, marketing or technology value for vcita. Work together with product, marketing and other departments to build long term successful partnerships.

Build app market vision and strategy.
Research and evaluate together with other stake-holders in vcita the different potential partners to choose the best partners for vcita given its needs and its customers’ needs.
Become a focal point for requirements and enhancements of the product capabilities and API platform that supports the product integrations and app marketplace
Project Management: coordinating cross functional responsibilities including engineering, marketing, public relations, sales and customer success to create and support new products or marketing solutions with partners
Working closely with the Channels and Partner Development teams to align the channel and partnership strategy with the product partnerships strategy
Requirements
10+ years of combined experience in product management and in business development
Proven success of developing, structuring, negotiating and closing complex deals
Excellent analytical and technical expertise to build strategies and to articulate inter-dependencies
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with manager across various functions and across all levels
Passion and commitment to vcita’s SME customers success and a tested ability to maintain a high level of productivity while managing competing priorities
