Description

We are looking for someone with Enterprise Marketing and skills to be our “Channel Growth Manager” who will join the growth team to be responsible for generating leads of financial institutions, telcos, marketing platforms and insurance companies.

Full Description

We’re looking for someone with a history in B2B Enterprise Marketing to join the growth team and take over the responsibility of reaching vcita’s potential partners. The CGM will be responsible for managing channels and funnels which generate leads of enterprise companies.

Responsibilities

  • Define our channel marketing strategy
  •  Generate quality enterprise leads for the channel partnership team
  • Improve existing funnels
  • Identify potential funnels and sources and act to scale
  • Drive coordinated enterprise marketing initiatives including building the campaign strategy, developing targets and budgets, identifying acquisition channels and tactics, owning project management in partnership with other marketers on the team
  • Work closely with a variety of different teams – channel sales, marketing, product, design, content & BI

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years in B2B performance marketing
  • Experience as an online affiliate - strong advantage
  • B2B marketing - strong advantage
  • Team player - must
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and sale engagement tools
  • Experience working with enterprise sales teams, digital account based marketing or outbound prospecting campaigns.
  • Experience in budget management 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience with Hubspot, Mixpanel, Looker - advantage
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Out of the box thinker
  • Result driven
