vcita is a compact, quick-smart app that keeps you fully connected to your business, whenever and wherever you are working from. With vcita, you can track and perform all your daily tasks, from the "first hello"​ to the last invoice: Charge and collect payments, invite clients to book you online, create branded invoices and quotes, and send SMS appointment reminders -  all in a few simple clicks, from one single app. 

vcita includes an online CRM to manage all client communications together with online scheduling, online payments, email & SMS campaigns, lead-generating website widgets, and everything a small business needs to drive more business and provide great client service.

Our teams are based in Tel-Aviv, Israel & Bellevue, Washington, and due to our growth, we are now arriving in Florida.


About the Team

We are growing our sales team! To match the demand for vcita, we are seeking individuals that will fit our passionate, competitive, and yet collaborative team atmosphere. Finding a vcita solution for the several types of clients we serve keeps our creativity constantly in action. While your personal success is up to you, we have a strong team-based culture as well as training and development options to make sure you have what you need to be and do your best.


  • Make outbound calls to new trial users and find out how vcita can help their small businesses.
  • Become an expert in the vcita features and application, effectively identifying and matching the right solution for each client.
  • Manage your own pipeline with over 200 new leads every month.
  • Schedule product demonstrations with Sales Executives 
  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s SDR’s playbook
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality


  • +1 year in an SDR, sales, or mostly customer-facing role. 
  • if you do not have this, make a case in your cover letter on how your life experience up until this point would make sense for vcita!
  • Flawless communication in English, Written and oral. (Bonus points for other languages as well)
  • Tech savviness, a quick learner of technologies 
  • Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member 
  • Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
  • Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment


  • Mostly virtual, with some onsite, and travel to our corporate office
