vcita is seeking an exceptional Community Manager to join our marketing team! We’re looking for a stellar performer and charismatic leader who will take a hands-on role building & leading our community. This role will lead initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of our brand performance, customer loyalty and customer acquisition.

If you are a self-driven and ambitious tech-savvy professional we would love to meet you! We are expecting you to be experienced in social media, PR and promotional events. In addition to being a digital lover, you will have precise writing skills, passion for words and the knowledge to tell vcita's story to all relevant audiences. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.

Responsibilities

  • Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts
  • Respond to the community in a timely manner
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams 
  • Liaise with Development and Sales departments
  • Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and influencers
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role (2-3 years)
  • Experience in planning and leading community initiatives
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
  • Native English speaker with perfect written & oral communication skills
  • Social media expert who understands the strategies behind increasing CTR & engagement 
  • Great storyteller who knows how to use pictures and words to move people to action 
  • Data obsessed individual who lives and breaths social media and Google analytics
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • Relevant experience from a SaaS B2C company - big advantage 
  • Knowledge of WordPress, CMS, and social media scheduling and analytics tools 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Friendly, kind, with a great sense of humor and team spirit
