We are looking for a Senior Director of Channel & Partner Sales to manage a team of Account Sales Executives and coach them on achieving the New Business targets, creating internal workflows with other teams, building career developments for each team member, and any other initiatives to grow and scale your team to success.

We are looking for a Senior Director of Channel & Partner Sales to manage a team of Account Sales Executives and coach them on achieving the New Business targets, creating internal workflows with other teams, building career developments for each team member, and any other initiatives to grow and scale your team to success.

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced executor with a growth-oriented mind and a hunger for success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale SaaS deals with enterprise customers & partners.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and inspiring the Account Sales Executives and acting as a coach for the team to implement selling approaches bringing the team to the next level.
  • Strategize, plan, execute, manage, and optimize pipeline generation programs and activities for new strategic partners
  • Exceed global business targets, including SQLs, Pipeline, and Net New ARR
  • Leverage your knowledge and experience in the market to identify new business opportunities, sign up new partners and support the team throughout the sales cycle.
  • Leading, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and developing a global team in Channel Sales.
  • Generate consistent growth in the pipeline through inbound and outbound programs
  • Define and implement inbound & outbound playbook
  • Identify and improve the process, efficiency, and productivity of the team
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns/programs/tactics to maximize pipeline creation.
  • Responsible for accurate opportunity forecasts (monthly, quarterly) leveraging data and supporting metrics
  • Provide leadership oversight to the Channel Sales team as well as set expectations 


Requirements

  • Fluent English

● Willingness and proven track record of a hunter sales mentality to partners and large enterprise customers 

● 7+ years’ experience in sales/ business development positions

● 3 + years’ experience managing/supervising sales staff

● Experience growing and scaling a successful Sales Executive team

● Experience with organizations that serve the SMB market 

● Proven track record in establishing, achieving, or exceeding measurable goals in hypergrowth SaaS businesses

● Hands-on leader – work closely with the field and lead by example

● Strong relationship-builder, initiator, outstanding verbal and written communication skills

● Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
