We’re looking for an initiative oriented, strategic and proactive Partner Owner to join our growing Partner’s Team.

vCita is a simple & effective business management software for small businesses. It includes everything service providers need to manage their business and generate more revenue: client management, online scheduling, payments, promotions, and lead generation widgets.

Our teams are based out of Bellevue, Washington and Tel-Aviv, Israel.

The partners' team provides technical solutions for our partners, working hands-on with them during the onboarding process and building the relationship. The team manages medium/large size partners, in the USA, Australia, Europe & Israel. As a Partner Owner you are the face of vCita to our big partners abroad. Your goal will be to learn as much as possible about their business and be our in-house expert on their workflows and needs.

You'll be expected to proactively manage the business through periodic on-site reviews and web conferences. You'll be working daily with various teams within vCita, including Product, BI , CS and Development.

Responsibilities

  • Be the main focal point of the partner
  • Incharge of all communication with the partners going forward, post-sale
  • Lead new partners onboarding projects to completion. Manage the partner onboarding process, from start to end
  • Manage product requests by partner
  • Maintain the relationship with the partner and make sure the partner keeps on growing 
  • Conduct training and knowledge transfer to partners
  • Manage expectations - internally and externally, be required to raise flags on time
  • Represent vCita’s interests to the partner and the partner interests to vCita
  • Build relationships with key customer contacts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and lay the foundations for continued growth and partnership

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an international customer facing role
  • Enterprise B2B experience with international clients - Must
  • Experience in a role that requires consistently re-closing/up-selling /cross-selling opportunities
  • Native English speaker - Must
  • Tech-savvy with super strong analytical and technical skills
  • Experience in project management
  • Superb writing and communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Highly-motivated team player
  • Problem-solver, resourceful and independent
