We are looking for an experienced Partners Success Manager to work with our strategic partners, large enterprises that are selling the vcita solution globally to SMBs. We believe in putting our partners and customers at the center of everything we do. As a Partner Success Manager, you will deliver on our strategy to build mindshare and work with our partners to drive their goals, adoption, and revenue expansion.
It is the responsibility of the PSM to manage the partners’ targets and deliver results. You should be comfortable with both consulting and negotiating at a management level, backed by a strong understanding of our partners’ business and industry objectives. Key to this role is the ability to articulate value, inspire clients to sell the value of our platform and encourage adoption and expansion. The ideal candidate should possess strong business and analytical expertise as well as strong account management expertise.
