vcita is a compact, quick-smart app that keeps you fully connected to your business, whenever and wherever you are working from. 

With vcita, you can track and perform all your daily tasks, from the "first hello"​ to the last invoice:

charge and collect payments, invite clients to book you online, create branded invoices and quotes, send SMS appointment reminders -  all in a few simple clicks, from one single app.

Our teams are based out of two of the world’s most active cities in the technology space, Bellevue, Washington and Tel-Aviv, Israel.

About the Team

Our Product Marketing Team is the glue that connects Marketing with Customer Success, Product, and Sales. It’s a team that’s involved in many strategic projects with high visibility within the company. 

Members of this team are always in the know: whether it’s a big product launch in the works, or an exciting customer trend in formation - Product Marketing is always involved.

You will work closely with our Customer Success team on making the most out of our clients’ experience with us. What you will get to do as part of this role is:

  •  Optimize customer journey across channels including email campaigns, In-app campaigns, video series & webinars
  • Oversee onboarding, upsell, cross-sell and renewal strategies to increase overall customer lifetime value
  • Initiate, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns that encourage customers to engage with our Customer Success team, discover new features and use the vcita app to its fullest extent.
  • Track campaign performance, generate reports, and present to relevant stakeholders
  • Launch customer advocacy initiatives to increase referrals and grow our products virality


  • Tech Marketing Enthusiastic: 2-3 years of experience in a Marketing or Customer Success role at a technology company.
  • Customer Obsessed: Experience planning and executing programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy.
  • Superb Storyteller: Excellent abilities to deliver messaging both to clients and for internal stakeholders.
  • Great Analytical Skills: Familiarity with marketing automation tools and knowledge of best practices for email and in-app marketing.
  • Excellent project manager: The ability to plan, communicate requirements to internal and external providers, analyze, present, and report to relevant stakeholders.

 Extra Credit:

  • Experience using HubSpot’s marketing automation platform
  • Experience using Pendo’s in app messaging platform
  • Familiar and enjoy working with small/micro business
