Phone interview

If you’re reading this then congrats! You’ve already passed the phone interview. This was the quick chat that introduced you to vcita and the position and gave you a chance to introduce yourself, your professional background, salary expectations and career goals.

Technical interview

Next, we'll delve deeper into your technical skills and professional abilities. We’ll want to hear about projects you were involved in, initiatives you brought to fruition, work you conducted and your viewpoint on them all. You may also receive a task to give you a taste of the daily challenges you'll face in your position.

Management interview

At this stage, you’ll meet the Head of the department to discuss their expectations from the position, your experience and ambitions and the potential fit between them.

Visit the office and meet the team

One or more of the interviews will be held at our offices. This will give you a true glance of how it is to work at vcita, the atmosphere and vibes. You’ll also be able to meet your future colleagues.

HR interview

If you’ve reached this stage, you’re almost at the end! In this interview we’ll talk about your ambitions and motivations throughout your career, we’ll discuss vcita’s culture and DNA and answer any questions you may still have about us and the position.

Proposal

Congrats! You’ve reached the point we've all been waiting for! We want you on our team! we’ll meet up and go over our offer, and make sure everything is clear and understood.

* Please note this is a suggested hiring process. Processes may differ from position to position and may include more or less steps. We’ll make sure to do our best to let you know the process in advance, but please remain open and flexible to any adjustments.
