Accounting software for small businesses

Being able to link to various merchant providers to make it easy for clients to pay was a really nice feature. I also really like using the payments screen in the CRM where you can see the amount you’ve collected so far, what’s owed, a list of all who have paid, etc. and the green paid symbol or red clock symbol if they haven’t. Also how you can just click “send reminder” with one click on the people who haven’t paid yet and when they finally do pay, it sends you a confirmation text immediately is very nice. So helpful!

I've used vcita for the past 2 years and it has changed my business entirely. Such an easy way for people to get in contact with me - it's worth every penny.

It's easy to learn and use for both myself and my clients. I can customize the communications and the reminders are great. I also like that I can book events through the software so I don't have to use Eventbrite or any other outside program. I get paid in two days rather than wait for Eventbrite to hold my money until the event is over. I love that I can choose whether or not I require payment for my different services. There's also an email component built in so I can communicate with my clients directly. It's very complete for what I want and need.
