vCita has grown to become a leading brand for small businesses, working with a global network of resellers and distributors from various industries. We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager, who is passionate about building a worldwide leading brand through channel partnerships. vCita offers an all-in-one SMB management solution that includes scheduling, billing, client management & marketing. The position is based in Europe. London / Amsterdam - preferred.

Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating relationships with resellers and distributors, driving profitable sales growth within multiple territories to meet and exceeds sales targets.

The ideal candidate will possess both the business background that enables them to manage a resellers \ distributors funnel and interact at the CxO/VP level, as well as a technical background that enables them to easily interact with software developers and architects. She/He should also have a demonstrated ability to create and manage meaningful relationships with potential resellers and distributors, representing vCita's thought leadership and innovative partner products in conferences, over sales calls, and in high level meetings. 

A deep sense of ownership, internal drive, and bias for action is a must.

Requirements

  • The position is based in Europe. London / Amsterdam – preferred
  • Extensive experience in enterprise sales, reseller \ distributer acquisition or strategic partnerships. Preferable over 6 years of experience in high level sales roles
  • Experience in selling cloud technology, SaaS and managed services
  • Successful experience in opening new markets \ industries and presenting new products and offering into those markets
  • A strong international exposure and the ability to canvass and negotiate also fluently in English German, French or Spanish are a plus
  • Experience with complex business negotiations with key accounts including financial, legal and technical considerations with multiple points of contact
  • Experience in creating partnerships with the financial industry \ telcos \ hosting companies
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external relationships is key
  • High level of availability to travel abroad, and work across multiple time zones
  • Flexible & Independent worker, with the ability to work in different work settings and environments, including proven experience in managing long distance relationships over video conference 
  • Conference experience - attending conferences, meetings, and industry events is a must 
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must
