Our teams are based out of Bellevue, Washington, and Tel-Aviv, Israel.

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team. We have an automated infrastructure but working to take it to the next level to keep up with our growth. The position is ideal for someone who already has experience in the DevOps field but wants to take a very active part in introducing new technologies and scaling. You will be working closely with the developer teams and with teammates, but still, have a lot of responsibility and place to make an impact.

Responsibilities

  • Will be managing and monitoring our production environment to ensure 24/7 availability of the service.
  • Lead infrastructure change that will enable high capabilities in development.
  • Working closely with the developer teams and other teams to meet business goals.
  • Building and improving our continues delivery pipeline (developers autonomously deploys several times a day).
  • Taking an active part in future architecture exploration and planning.
  • Participating in the on-call duty rotation.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a production environment.
  • Experience with web application operation, architecture design of distributed systems and troubleshooting.
  • Basic programming experience and Scripting skills in at least one of the following: Python, Ruby, Bash.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
  • Experience with web application frameworks such as Ruby on Rails or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Linux - managing, troubleshooting, and automation.
  • Working experience with cloud providers, preferably AWS.
  • Network foundations such as TCP/IP, DNS, load-balancing, network security.
  • Experience in infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet or equivalent.
  • Infrastructure management tool such as Terraform or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with monitoring tools and concepts.
  • Experience in administration of relational SQL databases such as MySQL and NoSQL such as Elasticsearch, Redis.
  • Working experience with Docker – advantage.
  • Strong Communications skills, being able to speak technology to engineers, simplify for customers, and everything in between.
