Appointment Policy:
An appointment in our schedule is a bond of trust that we will be here to serve you and you will be present when an estimator comes to your home. We strive to create a schedule that works around your schedule. Our estimator has a 15-minute window upon arrival time. We will offer a courtesy call if the 15-minute window must be extended due to weather, traffic, or previous appointments. Once an appointment is made via Online Scheduling, Text, or Any of our other methods, expect a call from one of our Office staff to confirm the time and date as well as answer any questions. We ask that you provide the best contact information and time to contact as it is crucial for us.

Rescheduling Policy:
We reserve the right to at any time call you to reschedule your estimate. If you need to reschedule for any reason, give the office a call with a 24-hour notice to adequately reschedule you.

Over the Phone Estimate Policy:
Due to the nature of Over The Phone Estimates, we do not offer them unless it is due to extreme weather and or immediate attention to the roof.

Cancellation Policy:
We ask that you make the effort to give us a 24-notice if you cannot make your scheduled appointment.
