Appointment Policy:

An appointment in our schedule is a bond of trust that we will be here to serve you and you will be present when an estimator comes to your home. We strive to create a schedule that works around your schedule.

Our Appointment Policy:
Our estimator has a 15-minute window upon arrival time. We will offer a curiosity call if the 15-minute window must be extended due to weather, traffic, or previous appointments. Once an appointment is made via Online Scheduling, Text or Any of our online methods expect a call from one of our Office staff to confirm the time and date as well as answer any questions.

Rescheduling Policy:

We reserve the right to at any time call you to reschedule your estimate. If you need to reschedule for any reason, give the office a call with a 24-hour notice to adequately reschedule you.

Over the Phone Estimate Policy:
Due to the nature of Over The Phone Estimates, we do not offer them unless it is due to extreme weather and or immediate attention to the roof.

Cancellation Policy:
We ask that you make the effort to give us a 24-notice if you cannot make your scheduled appointment.
