When a message is sent to you or a meeting is requested, vCita notifies you via email.
You can reply, accept or decline the scheduling request from any computer, tablet or smartphone.
Confirmed meetings will automatically appear on your calendars and sync to all your devices.
Receive a Notification When a Client Reads Your Message
Every message you send via vCita is tracked.
Your Inbox will mark all the messages exchanged with the relevant client.
A V icon indicates successful delivery.
An open envelope icon indicates that the message has been read.
Client Auto-Reminders via Email
vCita will send your client an email invitation with meeting details (time, location, phone number) and add it to the client's calendar. vCita will also send a reminder to you and the client 15 minutes before the meeting.
If the meeting is missed, vCita will remind the client to reschedule.
